Hi, guy, I hope you are all fine. Today we will learn How to quickly Make pictures looks soft




so let's start it. I have a beautiful picture here. 

first, we need to create a new duplicate layer. after that, we will go to filters and then we select Gaussian blur to apply it 10% and hit apply. now we need to go to layers section and change the opacity to 20 to 30% as per your requirements.
